Quando ainda vivíamos juntas, a minha mana adorava fazer bolos e decorá-los. E, mesmo sem quase meios para tal, eram um regalo para os olhos e a boca. Teria sido uma boa pasteleira pois sem dúvida adorava o que fazia. Depois a vida levou-a por outros caminhos e esse bichinho ficou adormecido. Ontem , teve oportunidade de o acordar, participando num curso de decoração de bolos ( engraçado, como prenda de anos), do qual veio muito entusiasmada e orgulhosa do que conseguiu fazer, agora sim com os materiais adequados. Também eu estou. Aqui ficam as imagens do bolo acabado. Vou incentivá-la a fazer o segundo nível. Tenho pena mas hoje teremos que o comer, pois guardado só assim.
When both me and my sister live together, every birthday or event was an occasion for her to make a cake and embellish it. By the time no materials were available but she always managed to "uau" us with her creativity. Surely having opportunity she would have been a great professional. However, life drove her for different ways and she lost the wish to go further. Yesterday she had opportunity to attend an workshop of decorating cakes, (funny as her birthday present...) and arrived with a huge smile on her face and very proud of what she managed to do, now having the right tools. I am very proud of her . Always. As the cake must be eaten, I took a few pictures and leave them here for sharing. I will push her to go ahead and attend the 2nd. level, oh yes I will.
